The laterals allow filtered water to pass through while retaining sand media inside the tank. A cracked or broken lateral — or a damaged collector hub — allows sand to bypass the media bed and return to the pool, signaling that this assembly needs replacement. This listing includes the complete assembly with all laterals installed.

Specifications

Pentair Part Number

24900-0100S

Quantity Included

1 Assembly (includes laterals)

Fits Into

Brand

Equipment Line

Model / Part Number

Notes

Pentair

System 3 Sand Filter — System 3 Series

S7S50

Includes laterals

Compatibility is based on Pentair parts documentation and available OEM records. This is not an exhaustive list. For certainty, verify the part number in your equipment's manual or on the original part itself before ordering.

Pro Tip

Before ordering, inspect all laterals individually — a single cracked lateral is often the source of sand returning to the pool. If more than one lateral shows damage or if the collector hub itself is cracked, replacing the complete assembly (as this listing provides) is the more reliable repair. Match part number 24900-0100S to your filter's label or existing part before adding to cart.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0920/0687/5411/files/pentair-collector-assembly-system-3-sand-filter-24900-0100s.webp?v=1790878579
