This kit is not included with the heater at purchase and must be ordered separately for natural gas installations.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: KIT CONTENTS — Nozzle and o-ring
This listing is a kit, not a single orifice. It includes the brass nozzle and o-ring as referenced in the MasterTemp 125 exploded parts diagram. Do not attempt to service gas or high-voltage components without proper certification.

The gas orifice controls the flow of natural gas into the MasterTemp 125 burner assembly, directly governing combustion performance and heating output. A damaged, corroded, or incorrectly sized orifice will result in improper flame characteristics, reduced heating efficiency, or failure to ignite. This kit provides the correct orifice configuration for natural gas supply — it is not interchangeable with the propane (LP) orifice kit.

Specifications

Pentair Part Number

474981

Part Name

Gas Orifice Kit – Natural Gas

Kit Contents

Includes brass nozzle and o-ring (per MasterTemp 125 parts diagram)

Gas Type

Natural Gas (NG)

Quantity Included

Kit (Each)

Fits Into

Brand

Equipment Line

Model / Part Number

Notes

Pentair

MasterTemp 125 Heater — MasterTemp Series

MT125

Natural Gas Orifice Kit; not included with heater, order separately

Pentair

MasterTemp 125 Heater — MasterTemp Series

MasterTemp125

Gas Orifice Kit – NG; not included with heater, order separately

Compatibility is based on Pentair parts documentation and available OEM records. Before ordering, confirm your heater is plumbed for natural gas and that your existing orifice is stamped or labeled "NG." If you are converting fuel types, consult the MasterTemp 125 installation manual and engage a licensed gas technician — fuel type conversion involves more than an orifice swap and must meet local gas code requirements.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0920/0687/5411/files/pentair-gas-orifice-kit-natural-gas-mastertemp-125-heater-474981.webp?v=1792451251
