Aladdin Equipment Company has been a family affair since 1950, when H.E. "Buddy" Combest began servicing pools out of his garage in Bell Gardens, California. Frustrated by how hard replacement parts were to find, Buddy started making his own — and a manufacturing legend was born. Today, from its home in Sarasota, Florida, Aladdin produces one of the industry's most extensive lines of skimmer baskets, O-rings, gaskets, and filter cartridges, along with the famous Magic Lube lubricant found in nearly every pool tech's toolbox. Still family-owned and now led by the founder's granddaughter, Aladdin has proudly manufactured in the USA for more than 70 years — making it one of the most trusted names in pool and spa replacement parts.
