Shipping Information

We ship to all U.S. states in the lower 48 states and Washington DC.  We do not currently deliver to PO boxes, APOs, or FPOs.

Delivery Timeframes
Most orders arrive within 3–10 business days. Orders are typically processed the same day and shipped the next business day, but typically ship within 1 to 2 business days.  

We do not currently offer expedited shipping.

How We Ship
We use the fastest available carrier for each order, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Your order may ship from different warehouses depending on item availability, and location closest to the customer. This allows us to offer a wide selection and faster delivery across the country.

Shipping Costs

  • $9.99 flat rate for orders under $100

  • Free shipping on orders over $100
    Oversized products like solar covers have any extra handling built into the product price—no surprise fees at checkout.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email from our Shopify store. You can also log into my.poolaroo.com, view orders and your tracking information.  Note some orders with multiple items may be split into separate shipments with different tracking numbers.

Shipping Restrictions
We’ve excluded products that require freight or hazmat handling, so all items listed on Poolaroo are eligible for standard ground shipping.  **Due to local regulations, some chemicals cannot be shipped to California or New York.  Such chemicals or pump motors are noted on their product description.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, we’ll make it right. For damaged items, visit our Return Policy to get started.

If tracking shows a delivery was completed but the package is missing, contact us—we’ll do our best to take care of it.

Missing items?  Your order may have been broken into multiple shipments, different tracking numbers.  You can check the status of the items of your order by visiting my.poolaroo.com, logging in and checking your order status for any tracking information.  We do also email each time items are shipped, and which items are in each shipment.
