If something’s not right, we’re here to help. We designed our policies to be simple, fair, and focused on getting your pool back up and running.

The Poolaroo Guaranteed Fitment Policy

On select categories where we provide explicit compatibility data and fitment warnings, we back our catalog with a Guaranteed Fitment Policy. If you purchase a part based on our specific compatibility guidance and it does not fit your equipment, we will make it right—with zero hassle and zero cost to you.

What if I already tried to install it?
How else would you know it doesn’t fit? We accept returns and exchanges on opened products, including items that were test-fit during installation. If the item is wet, please let it dry first and pack it in a way that won’t leak during shipping.

Standard 30-Day Returns

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. And unlike the giant retailers, we don’t charge restocking fees. Even if you just ordered the wrong thing, we’d rather help you get what you need and earn a happy customer. That's not your fault, and you shouldn't be penalized for it.

What Can (and Can't) Be Returned

  • Equipment and Accessories: Can be returned, opened or unopened, within the 30-day return window.
  • Unopened Chemicals: Fully eligible for return.
  • Opened Chemicals: Cannot be returned due to shipping safety regulations. However, if there’s a defect or damage that hinders the use of the product, we’ll refund or replace the item (your choice) and ask that you safely dispose of the defective product.

How Returns Work (Yes, We Cover the Label)

Getting your return started is simple:

  1. Contact us with your order details to start a return.
  2. We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your box.
  3. Once we receive the return, we’ll refund your original payment method. (Need a different item instead? Let us know, and we’re happy to help process an exchange!)

Damaged Items & Warranty Claims

Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, please report it within 30 days. Including photos in your email helps us process the issue and get your replacement out incredibly quickly.

We Fight For Your Warranty Claims: Poolaroo can help you with warranty claims! If a product purchased from us is still under manufacturer warranty and has a covered defect, we are happy to help you process your claim. Contact us with the issue and your order number. We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to process the claim and arrange a replacement or repair.


Abuse of Return Policy: We reserve the right to decline returns from accounts that show patterns of misuse, excessive returns, or activity inconsistent with the intent of this policy. That way, we can keep our policies generous and simple for everyone else.
