We want you to be happy with your order. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery.

What Can Be Returned

  • Unopened chemicals are eligible for return.

  • Opened chemicals can’t be returned due to shipping safety. If there’s a defect or damage that hinders the use of the product, we’ll refund or replace the item—your choice—and ask that you safely dispose of the defective product.

  • Equipment and accessories can be returned, opened or unopened, within the Return Window.  

How Returns Work

Contact us with your order details to start a return. We’ll email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach.

Refunds

Once we receive the return, we’ll refund the original payment method. Need a different item? We’re happy to help with an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, report it within 30 days. Photos help us process the issue quickly.

Warranty Claims

Poolaroo can help you with warranty claims!  If a product purchased from Poolaroo is still under manufacturer warranty and has a covered defect, we are happy to help you process your warranty claim with the manufacturer.  Please contact us with the issue, let us know your order number or we will attempt to look it up for you.  We will contact the manufacturer on your behalf to process the claim, see about a replacement, repair or otherwise.

No Restocking Fees

We don’t charge restocking fees. If it’s a damaged item, that’s not your fault. And even if you ordered the wrong thing, we’d rather help you get what you need and earn a happy customer.

Abuse of Return Policy

We reserve the right to decline returns from accounts that show patterns of misuse, excessive returns, or activity inconsistent with the intent of this policy. That way, we can keep our policies simple for everyone else.
