Poolaroo Gift Cards Terms & Conditions

1. General
Poolaroo gift cards (“Gift Cards”) are issued by Neptune Commerce LLC DBA Poolaroo and may be redeemed for merchandise available at Poolaroo.com. Purchase or use of a Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. No Expiration; No Fees
Gift Cards issued by Poolaroo do not expire and are not subject to inactivity, maintenance, or service fees.

3. Redemption
Gift Cards may be redeemed only for eligible purchases on Poolaroo.com. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash except where required by applicable law.  Use the Poolaroo.com checkout, and use the code in the "Discount or Gift Card" code area.

4. Cash Redemption (Where Required by Law)
Certain jurisdictions require that Gift Cards be redeemable for cash if the remaining balance falls below a specified threshold. Where applicable law requires, Poolaroo will honor such requests in accordance with those laws.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
Gift Cards should be treated like cash. Poolaroo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of Gift Cards. Replacement may be issued at Poolaroo’s discretion with proof of purchase and the original Gift Card number.

6. Non-Reloadable; No Resale
Gift Cards are non-reloadable and may not be resold, transferred for value, or used for unauthorized promotional purposes without prior written consent from Poolaroo.

7. Fraud and Abuse
Poolaroo reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold Gift Cards or related orders in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.  Safeguard your gift card code as though a password or cash.  It may be used by anyone.  Codes that are compromised and redeemed due to mishandling may not be honored for replacement.

8. Returns and Refunds
Purchases made with a Gift Card may be refunded in accordance with Poolaroo’s return policy. Refunds will be issued back to a Gift Card or store credit as determined by Poolaroo.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Neptune Commerce LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use a Gift Card.

10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where superseded by applicable consumer protection laws.

11. Changes to Terms
Poolaroo reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will be posted on Poolaroo.com.
