The TitanPole Guarantee is limited to manufacturing defects.  Do not misuse the pole causing it to bend or as prybar. The grip and speed clamps are considered consumable items and require replacement subject to wear. We do NOT cover damage or worn tubes resulting in any type of bending. These types of damage do not result from manufacture defects.
