Recommended Maintenance
As with any cleaning device, regular maintenance is a must to keep your device from wearing out. Here are the top recommended cleaning & maintenance routines from the Aiper operating manual. See the operating manual for details and exact instructions.
- Cleaning the filter box (every 2-3 days while in operation)
- Cleaning the propeller, 2 propellers in rear. Recommended when handling any stringy debris that may get caught in the propellers such as grasses
- Cleaning the impeller, internal pump drive
- Cleaning the top solar panel. Dirt and other buildup on the top of the solar panel will impede charging. It's recommended to clean regularly with clean water and a soft cloth.
- Cleaning the sensors on the unit
