About Applied Bio

When standard chemicals fail, pool professionals turn to Applied Biochemists. With a history dating back to 1965, this brand has established itself as the "emergency room" for swimming pools. They don't just sell generic sanitizers; they engineer targeted solutions for the industry's toughest problems—from stubborn Black Algae and chlorine-resistant Mustard Algae to complex mineral stains.

Applied Biochemists is renowned for their "color-coded" approach to algaecides (Yellowtrine, Black Algaetrine), ensuring you treat the specific root cause rather than guessing. If you are battling a persistent issue that won't go away, this is the professional-grade intervention your water needs.

Why We Trust Applied Bio
Symptom-Specific Formulations: Specialized treatments for distinct algae types (Green, Yellow, Black) rather than "one-size-fits-all" fixes.

Professional Strength: High-concentration active ingredients designed to resolve issues faster than big-box store alternatives.

Mineral & Stain Experts: Industry leaders in sequestering agents that prevent metal staining and scale buildup.

Non-Foaming Solutions: Many of their algaecides are engineered to work without causing messy foam, even in spas or water features.

Pool Brushes for Thorough Surface Cleaning

You must scrub the walls to break the algae's protective slime layer so the chemicals can penetrate and kill it.
