The Hayward Bobby Disposable Fill Hose Filter (SP022310) is the OEM 10" fill hose filter designed to attach to a standard garden hose and remove particles from source water before it enters the pool.
Fitting directly onto a garden hose, the Bobby filter traps sediment, rust, and other particulates that can cause staining on pool surfaces when filling. It is ideal for initial pool fill at start-up, after remodeling or replastering, or any time the pool is partially or fully refilled with fresh water.

Use the Bobby filter every time you add fresh water to the pool, not just at initial fill. Municipal water supplies can carry sediment and debris that accumulate in supply lines — running new fill water through the Bobby before it hits the pool surface reduces the risk of iron and manganese staining, particularly in pools with light-coloured plaster or pebble finishes.
