The Hayward A-Frame and Pod Tune-Up Kit (AXV621417WHP) is the OEM replacement tune-up kit for Hayward PoolVac and Navigator® automatic suction cleaner models, updating compatible units with the latest V-Flex™ internal turbine technology alongside a new body and A-frame design.
This kit restores and upgrades compatible Hayward suction cleaners by replacing the A-frame and pod assembly with V-Flex™ variable vane technology. The patented V-Flex vanes accommodate larger debris pickup and maximise suction power at lower flow rates, making the cleaner well-suited for use with variable-speed pumps. The redesigned A-frame and pod components reduce the total number of moving parts, supporting easier ongoing maintenance.
