The Hayward Cover (CLX200B) is the OEM replacement lid cover for the CL200 and CL220 series automatic chemical feeders.
This cover seals the top of the feeder body, maintaining the controlled environment inside the canister that regulates chlorine or bromine tablet dissolution. Replacing a cracked, warped, or ill-fitting cover restores the feeder's ability to hold pressure and deliver consistent chemical output to your pool or spa system.

Inspect the cover's O-ring or gasket seating surface each time you open the feeder for tablet refills. Chlorine and bromine environments are hard on plastic over time — if the cover no longer seats firmly or shows surface crazing, replacing it promptly prevents chemical bypass and protects downstream equipment. Always shut off the pump and relieve system pressure before removing the feeder cover.
