The Hayward Basket Ring (SPX1096A2) is the OEM replacement basket ring for Hayward's Dyna-Skim, Front Access, and Auto-Skim in-ground pool skimmer lines.
The basket ring seats and secures the strainer basket within the skimmer body, keeping the basket properly positioned to intercept debris before it reaches the pump. Replacing a cracked, warped, or missing ring restores correct basket retention and maintains uninterrupted skimmer performance.
