The Hayward Top Manifold Assembly (CX5030C) is the OEM replacement top manifold for the SwimClear Multi-Element Cartridge Filter line, engineered to maintain proper flow distribution across all filter elements.

The top manifold sits at the crown of the filter's internal cartridge stack, collecting and directing filtered water from each cartridge element toward the tank outlet. Replacing a cracked, warped, or failed manifold restores even hydraulic distribution across all elements and prevents unfiltered water from bypassing the cartridge media.
