These O-rings seal the valve body connections on compatible Hayward valves and filter assemblies, preventing water bypass and maintaining system pressure integrity. Replacing worn or cracked O-rings at the valve is one of the most common first steps when addressing a weeping or leaking valve joint.

When servicing the valve or filter head, replace both O-rings in this set at the same time — even if only one appears worn. O-rings age together and a newly stressed seal alongside an older one is a common source of repeat leaks.
