The Hayward GLX-PROBE-PH is the OEM replacement pH probe for Hayward Sense and Dispense chemical automation controllers and compatible salt chlorine generators.

This probe continuously measures the pH level of your pool water, sending readings to the Sense and Dispense controller so the system can automatically dispense the correct amount of pH-adjusting chemical. Replacing a worn or drifting probe restores accurate pH measurement and keeps automated chemical dosing on target.

pH probes are consumable sensors with a finite service life. Even if the probe reads within range, calibrate it against a reliable test kit reading at the start of each season and again mid-season. A probe that requires increasingly large calibration offsets over time is nearing the end of its useful life and should be replaced promptly — an out-of-calibration pH probe will cause your Sense and Dispense system to dose incorrectly, affecting both water chemistry balance and sanitizer effectiveness.
