About This Item

The Hayward Variable Speed Pump Motor Drive (SPX3400DR) is the OEM replacement motor drive for the TriStar VS variable speed pool pump line. Mounted to the top of the pump, this drive unit houses the full programmer interface and delivers direct-to-motor variable speed control.

The SPX3400DR features a fully rotatable keypad that allows programming flexibility regardless of equipment pad orientation. The interface includes four individual speed buttons, a navigation pad with center menu button, a Stop/Resume button, and a Quick Clean button — providing complete on-pump scheduling and speed control without a separate controller.
