The Hayward Valve Cover and Clapper Assembly (PSXCVBAH) is the OEM replacement cover and flapper kit for Hayward PSV Series two-port and three-port diverter valves in both PVC and CPVC configurations.
IMPORTANT: KIT INCLUDES MULTIPLE COMPONENTS
This assembly is sold as a kit containing both the valve cover and clapper (flapper). No additional cover or clapper components are required for this service repair.
This kit restores the sealing and flow-control function of the valve body by replacing the cover and internal clapper as a matched assembly. The clapper controls directional flow through the valve; a worn or damaged clapper results in backflow or loss of flow isolation. Replacing both components together as a kit ensures a proper seal and consistent valve performance.
