About This Item
The Pentair Flange Assembly Kit (357260) is the OEM replacement 5-inch flange kit for the Aurora 3800 Series end suction pump, supplied as a complete assembly with gasket and stainless steel hardware.
IMPORTANT: THIS LISTING IS SOLD AS A KIT
Part 357260 is supplied as a complete kit — one 5-inch thermoplastic PVC flange, gasket, and stainless steel hardware — sold as a single kit unit. Confirm you require the complete assembly before ordering.
This thermoplastic PVC socket-style flange mates the pump's suction or discharge port to system plumbing. The included gasket provides the sealing interface between the flange and pump housing, while the stainless steel hardware delivers corrosion-resistant clamping force at the joint. Replacing a damaged or leaking flange assembly restores a watertight connection and prevents air ingestion or water loss at the pump interface.

Poolaroo Pro Tip
When replacing a flange assembly, inspect the mating pump housing port and surrounding mounting surface for hairline cracks or corrosion before installing the new kit. A compromised housing surface will prevent the new gasket from sealing correctly regardless of hardware torque. Hand-tighten the stainless steel fasteners in a cross pattern, then bring to snug — avoid over-torquing, which can distort the thermoplastic flange body and cause premature gasket failure.
