The Pentair L1B is the OEM replacement 9-7/8" skimmer lid with integrated thermometer for SwimQuip, Swimrite, Jacuzzi (New Style), and Hayward pool and spa skimmers, finished in almond.
Unlike a floating thermometer, this lid-mounted thermometer stays with the skimmer — eliminating the misplacement, theft, and breakage issues common with loose pool thermometers. The thermometer probe extends directly into the water inside the skimmer basket for an accurate in-situ water temperature reading. The hermetically sealed face is designed for strength and weather resistance, and the sealed construction prevents ambient air temperature from affecting the reading.
