IMPORTANT: MODEL REVISION — CHECK YOUR MANUFACTURE DATE
This screw applies to IntelliFlo i1 and i2 pumps manufactured after April 2016, and to IntelliFlo VS+SVRS pumps manufactured after June 2016. Pumps built before these dates use a different diffuser screw. Verify your pump's manufacture date before ordering.
A missing, stripped, or corroded screw allows the diffuser to shift, reducing hydraulic efficiency and potentially causing internal wear. Replacing worn hardware as part of a wet end service restores correct diffuser alignment and seating.
