What It Does
The tank lid seals the top of the filter housing, maintaining system pressure during operation. A cracked, warped, or leaking lid compromises the filter's ability to hold pressure and can result in water loss and reduced filtration performance. Replacing the lid assembly restores a proper pressure seal to the filter tank.
