About This Item
The Pentair 619864Z is the OEM replacement tempered lens and gasket assembly for the IntelliBrite 5g 2nd Generation color LED pool light. If your existing lens is cracked, fogged, or compromised, this kit restores the watertight optical housing to factory condition.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: POOL LIGHTING SAFETY — LICENSED ELECTRICIAN REQUIRED
Pool lighting components operate in a wet environment and involve submerged electrical fixtures. Installation must comply with NEC Article 680 and be performed by a licensed electrician or certified pool technician. Do not attempt to service submerged or wiring-side lighting components without proper certification.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: KIT LISTING — LENS AND GASKET ASSEMBLY
This listing includes the complete lens and gasket assembly as a kit — not the lens alone. Both the tempered lens and sealing gasket are included in a single order.
What It Does
The tempered lens and gasket assembly forms the sealed front face of the IntelliBrite 5g 2nd Generation light fixture. The tempered lens transmits the LED light output while withstanding pool water pressure and chemistry, and the gasket provides the watertight seal between the lens and the light housing. A cracked, scratched, or failed lens compromises both light output and the fixture's watertight integrity — replace both the lens and gasket together to restore a proper seal.

Pro Tip
Before ordering, confirm your IntelliBrite light is the 5g 2nd Generation model — the lens assembly is generation-specific and will not interchange with 1st Generation IntelliBrite 5g fixtures. The generation is typically identified on the fixture label inside the light niche or on the original installation documentation. When the lens is replaced, the gasket should always be replaced at the same time; reusing a compressed or aged gasket is a leading cause of post-service water intrusion into the fixture.
