The Pentair Sand/Silt Bag (R211286) is the OEM replacement No. 185-03 sand/silt bag for the No. 185 Leaf Eater series, designed to capture fine sand, silt, and sediment that passes through standard leaf trapping mesh.

When vacuuming after backwashing, replastering, or following heavy debris events, fine particulate can overwhelm a standard leaf bag. This dedicated sand/silt bag is engineered with a finer mesh construction specifically to retain those smaller particles, keeping your pool water clear and preventing sediment from recirculating through your plumbing.
