The Pentair Feed Mast with O-Ring (LLU6) is the OEM white replacement feed mast for the Kreepy Krauly Legend and Kreepy Krauly Platinum automatic pool cleaner series.

Always lubricate this O-ring with a silicone-based lubricant before installation. We carry the Pentair R172351 Lifeguard Silicone Lubricant — the OEM-matched product for Pentair equipment.
The feed mast is the central water-delivery shaft on Kreepy Krauly suction-side cleaners. It channels water flow from the hose connection through the cleaner body, driving the turbine and locomotion system. A worn or cracked feed mast reduces water pressure to the drive mechanism, resulting in sluggish movement or complete loss of cleaning performance. The included O-ring seals the mast at the body junction to prevent internal bypass leaks.

When replacing the feed mast, clean the mating surface on the cleaner body before installation and apply Pentair R172351 Lifeguard Silicone Lubricant to the included O-ring. A properly lubricated O-ring seats evenly, prevents dry-install tearing, and eliminates the internal bypass leaks that rob your cleaner of drive pressure. Never use petroleum-based greases — they degrade rubber O-rings and will shorten the service life of the new part.
