The Pentair 471091 is the OEM Direct Spark Ignition (DSI) control board for Pentair MiniMax 75 and MiniMax 100 pool and spa heaters.
IMPORTANT: LICENSED PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION REQUIRED
Gas and electrical heater components must be serviced by a licensed pool professional or qualified HVAC technician. Do not attempt to service gas or high-voltage components without proper certification.
The DSI control module manages the direct spark ignition sequence on the MiniMax 75 and 100 heater. When this board fails, the heater will not ignite reliably — or at all. Replacing it with the correct OEM part restores the factory ignition sequence and timing.
