The Pentair Air Bleeder Screen Cap (190106Z) is the OEM replacement screen cap for the air bleeder assembly on Pentair EasyClean, Quad D.E., Clean & Clear Plus, and FullFloXF filter systems.
The screen cap covers and protects the air relief screen on your filter, allowing trapped air to vent from the filter tank while keeping debris out of the bleed port. A damaged or missing cap compromises the air relief function and can allow contaminants to enter the assembly. Replacing a worn or cracked cap restores proper air release performance and protects the internal screen from fouling.

When replacing the screen cap, inspect the air bleeder screen itself for debris or mineral buildup. A new cap over a clogged screen will not restore proper air venting — clean or replace the screen at the same time for a complete service. Note that on Quad D.E. filter models, this cap is not shown in the exploded parts diagram; order by part number (190106Z) directly. Consult your filter's installation manual for the correct seating procedure.
