The Pentair Lid O-Ring (350013Z) is the OEM replacement WFE cover O-ring for the IntelliFlo, IntelliPro, WhisperFlo, and Challenger High Flow pump lines, as well as the EQ Series commercial pump.
IMPORTANT: LUBRICATION REQUIRED — SOLD SEPARATELY
Always lubricate this O-ring with a silicone-based lubricant before installation. We carry the Pentair R172351 Lifeguard Silicone Lubricant — the OEM-matched product for Pentair equipment.

Compatibility with some IntelliFlo VS+SVRS and IntelliPro VS+SVRS models is confirmed for units manufactured after June 2016. Compatibility with IntelliFlo i1 and i2 models is confirmed for units manufactured after April 2016. Check your pump's manufacture date label before ordering.
This O-ring seats between the strainer pot lid and the pump housing, creating the pressure-tight seal required to maintain prime on the suction side of the pump. When this seal deteriorates — through chemical exposure, UV degradation, or compression set — air enters the suction line, causing loss of prime, reduced flow, and risk of pump damage. Replacing this O-ring restores the airtight seal required for consistent pump operation.

Before installing the new O-ring, inspect the seating groove in the strainer pot lid for cracks, warping, or debris that could prevent a proper seal. Apply a thin, even coat of Pentair R172351 Lifeguard Silicone Lubricant around the entire O-ring before seating it — this eases installation and significantly extends seal life.
