The Pentair Seal Plate Kit (350202) is the OEM replacement seal plate assembly for the IntelliFlo Variable Speed and WhisperFlo inground pump families. This almond-colored kit includes the seal plate, gasket, and installed mechanical shaft seal — everything needed to restore the wet-end seal barrier in a single service.

Fit notes for some IntelliFlo models specify "After June 2016" or "After April 2016." For IntelliFlo i1 and i2 pumps, this kit applies to units manufactured after April 2016. Verify your pump's manufacture date on the motor nameplate before ordering.
The seal plate forms the structural and sealed interface between the pump's wet end and the motor. It houses the mechanical shaft seal and retains the volute gasket that prevents water from migrating toward the motor cavity. When the mechanical seal or gasket fails — indicated by water weeping from the rear of the wet end or from the drain port area — replacing this complete assembly restores the barrier and protects the motor from moisture damage.

On IntelliFlo i1 and i2 pumps, confirm your motor nameplate shows a manufacture date after April 2016 — earlier production units use a different assembly configuration. The almond color of this seal plate is an identification point: if your existing plate is a different color, cross-reference your pump's part diagram before ordering to confirm 350202 is the correct kit for your serial number range.
