The Pentair Sealing Liner Frame (85004200) is the OEM replacement sealing liner frame for the Pentair Admiral pool and spa skimmer. This is the white, standard 12-hole pattern version.
IMPORTANT: VERIFY SCREW SELECTION BEFORE ORDERING
This frame fits Admiral skimmers manufactured before 2-1-76 and after 2-1-76, but the correct screw selection differs depending on manufacture date. Check your skimmer's manufacture date and confirm the appropriate hardware before installation.
The sealing liner frame mounts at the skimmer opening to secure and seal the liner against the skimmer body, maintaining a watertight connection between the pool wall, liner, and skimmer. A correctly seated frame prevents liner pullback and water loss at the skimmer interface.

When replacing the sealing liner frame on a vinyl liner pool, check the liner itself for stress tears around the skimmer cutout before installing the new frame. A compromised liner at the skimmer opening will not seal correctly regardless of the frame condition — addressing both at the same time saves a return visit. Also confirm your manufacture date to select the correct screws, as the Admiral skimmer uses different hardware depending on whether it predates or postdates 2-1-76.
