The Pentair Collar Union 2 in. (U11-200PSZ) is the OEM replacement union nut for the IntelliPro variable speed pump series and the System:2 PLM Series modular media cartridge filters.
IMPORTANT: QUANTITY REQUIRED VARIES BY MODEL
IntelliPro VSF, IntelliPro 2 VST, and IntelliPro VS pumps manufactured after 2018 require two (2) of this union collar per pump. IntelliPro VS pumps manufactured before 2019 and PLM Series filters require one (1). Confirm your model and manufacture date before ordering.

Fitment for the IntelliPro VS pump differs by manufacture date. Units produced after 2018 require two (2) collars; units produced before 2019 require one (1). Check your pump's label or serial number plate to confirm the manufacture year before ordering.
This 2-inch union collar secures the union assembly at the pump or filter inlet and outlet connections. A damaged, cracked, or stripped union collar will prevent a watertight seal at the union joint, resulting in leaks at the equipment connection points.

Because the IntelliPro VS pump crossed a design revision around 2018–2019, the quantity required changed between production runs. Before adding to cart, locate the manufacture date on your pump's label — it is typically printed on the motor nameplate or the pump body. If your pump was manufactured in 2018 or after, order two (2) of this collar. If manufactured before 2019, one (1) is sufficient. When in doubt, ordering a pair ensures you have the correct quantity on hand without a second trip.
