The Pentair Seal Plate Gasket (357100Z) is the OEM replacement black gasket for the seal plate on WhisperFlo, IntelliFlo, and IntelliPro series inground pool pumps. This is the black color variant — confirm the gasket color on your existing seal plate before ordering.

This is the black version of the seal plate gasket. WhisperFlo and IntelliFlo pumps may use either a black or gray gasket depending on production date and model variant. Check the color of your existing gasket before purchasing.

IMPORTANT: MODEL DATE QUALIFIER
Fitment for the IntelliPro VS+SVRS and IntelliFlo VS+SVRS is confirmed for units manufactured after June 2016. Fitment for IntelliFlo i1 and i2 pumps is confirmed for units manufactured after April 2016. Check your pump's manufacture date label before ordering for these models.

The seal plate gasket forms the pressure seal between the pump's seal plate and the wet end housing. A failed or deteriorated gasket results in water bypass around the mechanical shaft seal, leading to leaks at the front of the pump wet end. Replacing this gasket at each seal service interval helps maintain proper wet end integrity.

Reusing an aged or compressed gasket after a seal replacement is a common cause of continued weeping at the pump's wet end. Inspect the seal plate mating surface for corrosion or scoring before installing the new gasket.
