The Pentair Threaded Cap, 1-1/2" (154871Z) is the OEM replacement drain cap for the TR Series, Triton C-3, and Tagelus family of sand filters.
This threaded cap seals the 2-inch drain fitting (1-1/2 inch threads) on the filter tank, preventing water loss from the drain port during normal filtration and backwash operation.
