The Pentair Dynamo Pump Pot (354530) is the OEM replacement strainer housing for the Pentair Dynamo aboveground pump. This is the complete lint pot assembly — the black strainer housing that secures to the pump body and contains the strainer basket, keeping debris out of the impeller.

What It Does

The pump pot forms the sealed strainer chamber between the suction line and the pump impeller. It houses the strainer basket and provides the pressure-tight enclosure that allows the pump to maintain prime. A cracked, warped, or poorly sealing pot housing causes loss of prime, air ingestion, and reduced flow — replacing it with the correct OEM part restores the pump's pressure integrity.
