The manifold assembly on the MasterTemp 125 routes water through the heat exchanger and integrates the bypass valve to regulate flow and protect the heat exchanger from thermal stress. Over time, O-rings and gaskets in this assembly degrade from heat cycling, causing water leaks or combustion gas bypassing. This kit restores the manifold to OEM sealing specification, addressing the coil/tubesheet interface, blower and igniter gaskets, and the bypass valve in a single service.
