The Pentair IntelliChlor Flow Switch Assembly (520736) is the OEM replacement flow-temperature switch assembly for the Pentair IntelliChlor salt chlorination system.

What It Does

The flow-temperature switch assembly monitors water flow and temperature within the IntelliChlor salt cell circuit. When adequate flow is detected, the switch signals the control board to allow chlorine generation to proceed; when flow is insufficient, it interrupts the chlorination cycle to protect the cell. A failed or fouled flow switch is a common cause of "no flow" fault codes on IntelliChlor systems even when the pump is running. This assembly includes four watertight splice connectors for a weatherproof field connection.
