About This Item
The Pentair Pump Body with Drain Plugs (ZBR39320) is the OEM replacement pump housing for the Pentair HydroBoost and Boost-Rite booster pump lines.
What It Does
The pump body forms the primary hydraulic chamber of the booster pump, directing pressurized water flow through the impeller and volute to deliver the head pressure required to operate pressure-side pool cleaners. A compromised pump body — whether cracked, warped, or leaking at the drain plug ports — will cause pressure loss and prevent the cleaner from operating at rated performance. This OEM replacement restores the housing to factory specification, including the integrated drain plug ports for winterization or service draining.

Pro Tip
Before ordering, inspect the part number or casting mark on your existing pump body and confirm it matches ZBR39320. Booster pump housings can vary between production runs and model revisions — the part number is the only reliable confirmation of correct fit. While the pump is disassembled for the housing replacement, inspect the shaft seal and any body O-rings for wear and replace them at the same time to avoid reopening the pump shortly after.
