Fitment for the IntelliFlo i1 and i2 models applies to units manufactured after April 2016. Fitment for the IntelliFlo VS+SVRS applies to units manufactured after June 2016. Check your pump's serial number label for the manufacture date before ordering.
This 3/8"-16 threaded brass nickel plated hex nut secures key structural components on the IntelliFlo pump housing. Replacing worn, corroded, or stripped fasteners with the correct OEM-spec hardware maintains proper clamping force and prevents housing misalignment or leaks at the joint.

Pro Tip
When replacing these nuts, inspect the mating bolt threads and the pump housing surface for corrosion or damage before reinstalling. Nickel-plated brass offers good corrosion resistance in a wet equipment environment, but overtightening can strip the threads — torque to the specification in your IntelliFlo installation manual. Replace both nuts as a pair even if only one appears worn; fastener fatigue is rarely isolated to a single hardware piece.
