The Pentair Rotor and Seal (073370) is the OEM replacement rotor assembly for the FullFloXF FV-Series High-Efficiency Filter multiport valve.
What It Does
The rotor is the rotating core of the multiport valve — it directs water flow between the filter's operating positions (filter, backwash, rinse, waste, recirculate, and closed). The integrated seal maintains a pressure-tight interface between the rotor and valve body, preventing cross-port leakage that would compromise filtration efficiency or allow unfiltered water to bypass the filter media. When the seal wears or the rotor cracks, the valve loses its ability to isolate flow paths correctly, resulting in poor filtration, cloudy water, or water loss during backwash.
