The Pentair Sta-Rite Lever Handle (14821-0005) is the OEM replacement handle for the Sta-Rite Bronze Slide Valve series, available in both 1-1/2 in. and 2 in. valve sizes.
The lever handle provides the manual actuating grip for the Bronze Slide Valve, allowing the valve gate to be opened and closed by hand. Replacing a damaged, broken, or missing handle restores full manual control of the valve without requiring replacement of the entire valve body.
