The Pentair 191322 is the OEM 19-3/4" full grid replacement for Star and Star Polymeric ST40/50 D.E. filters and the PacFab Turbo 66 D.E. filter — all part of the Pentair family of products.

What It Does

D.E. filter grids are the filtration elements inside your diatomaceous earth filter. The grids hold the D.E. powder coating that captures fine particles from your pool water. A damaged or worn grid results in D.E. passing through to the pool and reduced filtration efficiency. This full grid is a direct OEM replacement to restore your filter to factory performance.

When replacing grids, inspect the manifold and internal standpipe for cracks or wear before reassembly, and always recoat with fresh D.E. powder when returning the filter to service.
