The saddle assembly connects the feeder to the return line, allowing treated water to flow back into the pool. Over time, the saddle gasket can harden or crack and the clamp hardware can corrode, leading to leaks at the feeder connection point. Replacing the complete saddle kit restores a watertight seal and secure mounting at the feeder-to-pipe junction.
