If your actuator valve is failing to rotate to the correct position or is grinding during operation, this gear kit addresses the internal drive mechanism responsible for valve movement.

What It Does

The gear assembly inside a Top Feed Actuator Valve translates motor output into precise rotational movement of the valve rotor. When gear teeth wear or strip — typically from age, debris ingestion, or motor stall events — the actuator loses the ability to drive the valve to its programmed position. Replacing the gear kit restores accurate, repeatable valve positioning without replacing the entire actuator assembly.

Pro Tip

Before ordering, confirm your actuator valve is a Top Feed configuration — the motor and gear housing mount on top of the valve body, feeding down into the rotor. Side-mount actuator configurations use a different gear kit and are not interchangeable with 230054.
