The Pentair A&A 6-Port 1.5" Low Profile T-Valve Rebuild Kit (230148) is the OEM replacement internal rebuild kit for the A&A 6-Port Side Feed low-profile water valve — the model where the T-Valves are positioned at the bottom of the valve body. Designed for A&A in-floor cleaning systems.
IMPORTANT: KIT CONTENTS — INTERNAL PARTS ONLY
This kit replaces all internal components of the 6-Port low-profile T-Valve water valve except the T-valves themselves. It is not a complete valve replacement. Confirm your valve has T-Valve clips at the bottom — not large acrylic balls. If your valve has large acrylic balls, the kit you need is the Tsunami Water Valve Kit (540242) instead.
IMPORTANT: GEAR PLATE DESIGN UPDATE
The gear plate (cam) included in this kit has been updated to 10 gears, replacing the previous 5-gear design. This change promotes even gear wear over the life of the valve. The updated gear plate is fully compatible with your existing valve assembly.
IMPORTANT: VALVE BASE SIZE — 1.5" ONLY
This kit is for water valves with a 1.5" base. If your valve has a 2" base, order the 2" base version instead.
This kit services the internal mechanism of the A&A 6-Port low-profile water valve, restoring proper flow distribution across all ports in the in-floor cleaning circuit. Replacing worn internal components — particularly the impeller, gear plate, and cam — addresses loss of rotation, uneven port cycling, and reduced cleaning pattern coverage.

Before ordering, physically inspect your water valve's bottom port connections: T-Valve clips confirm this is the correct kit. Large acrylic balls indicate you need the Tsunami Water Valve Kit (540242) instead. Also confirm your valve base measures 1.5" — the 2" base version is a separate kit. When reinstalling, replace the included O-ring and anti-friction washers even if the originals appear serviceable — these are wear items and the kit is designed to be installed as a complete set.
