OEM Retro-Fit Upgrade for Turbo Clean In-Floor Cleaning Systems
The Pentair Turbo Clean Adapter Package Internal (236011) is the OEM replacement retro-fit internal adapter kit for Turbo Clean in-floor cleaning systems, supplied in white with a 9/16" orifice, originally made by A&A Manufacturing, now a Pentair Pool brand.
This is the new and improved Master Pool TurboClean Replacement Cleaning Head. This cleaning head will pop up from the center and rotate to efficiently clean your swimming pool. The cleaning head will be flush with the pool surface too! An advantage of this new cleaning head has to do with the cleaning head removal tool. Instead of ONLY having the ability to use the hand-held tool to remove the head, the NEW TurboClean Head is compatible with the "pole" tool. The pole tool attachment allows you to remove your head from a farther distance outside of your pool, making the removal process much easier and more convenient.

The Turbo Clean retro-fit internal adapter package allows existing in-floor cleaning head assemblies to be upgraded or serviced without replacing the entire floor fitting. The internal adapter and head work together to direct and regulate water flow through the 9/16" orifice, maintaining proper cleaning pattern and nozzle performance. When the internal components wear or crack, this kit restores original flow characteristics and cleaning coverage to the affected head position.

Turbo Clean retro-fit kits are orifice-size specific — the 9/16" internal package is not interchangeable with 1/2" or other orifice configurations used elsewhere in the same system. Before ordering, verify the orifice size stamped or molded on your existing head or adapter. If your pool has multiple cleaning zones, check each zone individually, as different areas may use different orifice sizes to balance flow distribution across the system.
