The Pentair Label, Top Mount Valve (272599Z) is the OEM replacement position label for the top mount multiport valve on HiFlow and TA Tagelus series filter valve assemblies.
This label displays the six operating position markings — Filter, Backwash, Rinse, Recirculate, Waste, and Closed — directly on the valve body. UV exposure, pool chemicals, and normal weathering cause original labels to fade, peel, or become illegible over time. When position markings are no longer readable, the risk of operating the valve in the wrong position increases. Replacing this label restores clear, accurate position identification on the valve handle assembly.
