The Pentair 350037 is the OEM replacement diffuser O-ring for the EQ Series Commercial Plastic Pump, sized 3/16" x 4-7/8".

Always lubricate this O-ring with a silicone-based lubricant before installation. We carry the Pentair R172351 Lifeguard® Silicone Lubricant — the OEM-matched product for Pentair equipment.
This O-ring seals the diffuser assembly within the EQ Series pump, preventing bypass of water around the impeller. A deteriorated or displaced diffuser O-ring reduces hydraulic efficiency and can allow air infiltration into the pump housing. Replacing it at the first sign of wear restores proper flow and pressure. Match the dimensions (3/16" x 4-7/8") and part number stamped on your existing O-ring before ordering.

Before installation, apply a thin coat of Pentair R172351 Lifeguard® Silicone Lubricant to the O-ring. This helps seat it evenly, prevents tearing during assembly, and extends service life. Never use petroleum-based lubricants — they will degrade rubber O-rings. While the diffuser is out, inspect the diffuser itself for cracks or wear and replace if damaged before reassembling the pump.
