Always lubricate this O-ring with a silicone-based lubricant before installation. We carry the Pentair R172351 Lifeguard® Silicone Lubricant — the OEM-matched product for Pentair equipment.

A deteriorated or flattened O-ring is a common cause of air entrainment, loss of prime, and visible water seepage around the pump body. Replacing it restores a proper seal and protects pump performance. Match the 2-130 designation stamped or molded on your existing O-ring before ordering.
