About This Item
The Pentair Diffuser O-Ring (350336Z) is the OEM replacement seal for the diffuser assembly on Pentair's XF-series high-flow pumps, including the WhisperFlo XF, IntelliFlo XF, and MAX-E-PRO XF pump lines.
The diffuser O-ring creates the pressure seal between the diffuser and the pump volute. When this O-ring deteriorates or is displaced, the pump loses the hydraulic isolation needed for efficient impeller operation — resulting in reduced flow, loss of prime, and potential air ingestion. Replacing this O-ring at each service interval restores the integrity of the hydraulic path and protects pump performance.

Pro Tip
Any time you have the pump open for diffuser service, replace this O-ring as a matter of course — it's an inexpensive consumable and a worn one is a common source of air leaks that are difficult to diagnose after reassembly. Apply a thin coat of silicone-based lubricant to help it seat evenly and prevent tearing during assembly. Never use petroleum-based products — they will degrade the O-ring material and shorten its service life.
